Office staff is unorganized and Lazy

The office staff is lazy they do not want to do there job or they are extremely unorganized and just plan rude when you ask them to do there job. The coucler is great other wize I would leave.

I cannot recommend Western for treatment. I have been using their services for a few years, but I have not been satisfied. They change councilor's often, I think because they can't keep good ones. They have left me waiting in the lobby…
