Talked with someone at Service Tech and made an appointment for the 23rd at 10:30 a.m. for a carpet cleaning -- I confirm all my appointments verbally at the end of the conversation and said, "Okay the 23rd, a Saturday, at 10:30, yes?"…
Pros: Good prices if they show up. Cons: Stand you up on services you need to prepare for.
The cleanest our carpets have been since they were brand new.

Service Tech came out and cleaned our carpets and they worked at it until all the stains were removed. Our carpet was as clean as they have ever been. Not only did they do a great job, but a week later we had an accident and we stained…
