    We love Papas! It's just what downtown Washougal needed! Service is very friendly, and if you're lucky enough to be there when Papa is (Yes! There really IS a Papa!!!), he'll come over for a visit! Love the Camas/Washougal rivalry…

    My dad took me to this ice cream shop recently because of the name. We both loved the ice cream and there were many options. The service was great and everyone was really friendly.
